What are your payment terms?
To secure your reservation & reserve your dates payment in full is due prior to services beginning. We accept cash, check or Zelle. Zelle is 561-929-1853.
Will we meet Before beginning services?
Yes, all of our new clients must schedule a meet and greet prior to their first visit. This meet and greet is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have and allows us to gather helpful information about your home and pets.
For Boarding clients only: A meet & greet AND one night trial is required to ensure the health and safety of your pup.
Do You Work In all weather conditions?
We work in all weather conditions. Rain or Shine. However, if a dog won’t go outside in windy, rainy weather then We make adjustments to play inside or in the yard instead. We make sure they still get the exercise and stimulation they need. We do not walk dogs in Hurricanes or Tropical Storms, and reserve the right to alter schedules during that time.
What is your key pickup/drop off policy?
Most clients allow us to keep keys in our safe at the conclusion of services. If you require your keys be picked up after the meet and greet or returned at the conclusion of service there’s a $35 fee. You can also opt to use a lock box to eliminate trips to swap keys.
What is your cancellation policy?
We use your reservation to plan availability to our clients. When you book our services, we reserve exclusive time for you and your pets, and have likely turned away other clients during your scheduled time. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies to the entire balance of the reservation. No refunds are given for cancelled visits due to leaving home late or returning home early.
Mid-Day Dog Walks: We plan our routes carefully to fit all our clients within a window of 11am – 2pm. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before scheduled walk will incur no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full rate.
