At Aunt Jen Pet Sits, we believe exceptional pet care starts with exceptional people. Every member of our team is carefully selected through a thorough hiring process and completes comprehensive, hands-on training with Aunt Jen before caring for any client or pet independently. Many of our team members bring previous experience from veterinary hospitals, animal shelters, rescues, boarding facilities, dog daycares, and other professional animal care settings. We carefully choose compassionate, dependable individuals who genuinely love animals and share our commitment to providing personalized, professional care.

Meet Aunt Jen
"What began as a solo owner-operated business has grown into a carefully selected team of compassionate pet care professionals. I personally hire and train every team member to ensure each visit reflects the same high standards, personalized attention, and genuine love for animals. Since 2010, I’ve had the privilege of caring for pets and the families who love them throughout Palm Beach County. What began as a passion for animals has grown into a trusted boutique pet care company built on compassion, reliability, and genuine relationships. Caring for pets has never been “just a job” to me, it's a responsibility I truly cherish."
I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart since 1998, and together we’ve raised three wonderful children in a home that’s always been filled with animals. Throughout my life, I’ve shared my heart with dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish, reptiles, and many other small animals. If you know me, you know I can’t resist stopping to help a stray or injured animal in need.
I believe every pet deserves to feel safe, loved, and comfortable in their own home while their family is away. That’s why every visit is tailored to your pet’s unique routine, personality, and needs. My goal has always been to provide not only exceptional care for your pets but complete peace of mind for you.

"Hi, I'm Jasimine, and I've lived in Florida my entire life. I was born and raised here. I'm currently in the Lake Worth area. I have 4 cats (Tater Tot, Jinx, Rio, and Omen) and I've always been an animal lover. I am interested in learning new things and gaining new skills, and my hobbies include art, reading, and fishing."
If you could be any animal, what would you choose and why?
What's your favorite thing about caring for pets?
My favorite thing about caring for pets is knowing I can be a source of relief for both the pet parents and the pets. Being someone reliable is incredibly important in this line of work, and it’s what I strive for the most.
The thing I love most about working for Aunt Jen Pet Sits is getting to meet new people and gain more experience and life skills. I consider every job I do to be a learning experience so I can better myself and provide even better care to the clients and their fur babies.
Meet Brooke
"Originally from New Jersey, I moved to Florida in 2020 to trade in the cold winters for sunshine. I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember — as a kid, my family joked it wasn’t safe to let me out of the house, because I had a habit of coming home with new additions to the family! That love has stuck with me into adulthood, and I’ve shared my home with a wide range of species over the years. Outside of pet care, I love spending time outdoors, exploring nature, finding a good coffee shop, and volunteering. My home is shared with quite the mix of rescue animals! I have two dogs, four cats, a few snakes, a gecko, and some tarantulas."
What's your favorite thing about caring for pets?
My favorite thing about caring for pets is getting the chance to meet all the different personalities. I appreciate every little quirk and prefer to hang with animals over people a lot of the time! The thing I love most about Aunt Jen Pet Sits is the attention to all aspects of pet care. Being an animal owner myself, I know how hard it is to trust someone else with your babies — and I feel confident that here, they’re genuinely in the best hands.
If you could be any animal, what would you choose and why?
I would be a Whale Shark as they are one of the few that can travel to the depths of the ocean as well as the shallows. With our ocean being 80% unexplored. I can’t imagine the wonders they get to witness!

"Originally from Peru, I have lived in South Florida for over 30 years and am proud to call this area home. I am a business owner, pet lover, wife, and mother who enjoys helping people and building relationships within the community. When I’m not caring for pets or running my family business, I enjoy creating social media content, supporting local businesses, spending time with family, traveling, and being outdoors. Animals have always held a special place in my heart, and I truly enjoy making sure pets feel loved, safe, and comfortable while their families are away. I recently had a beloved Schnauzer named Aika, who was a very special part of our family for many years. I also enjoy spending time with and caring for all kinds of animals."
What's your favorite thing about caring for pets?
My favorite thing is seeing each pet’s unique personality come out over time. I love earning their trust and making them feel happy, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away.
I love the trust that clients place in us and the opportunity to build relationships with both pets and their families. It’s rewarding to help pet owners feel at ease while they’re away, knowing their pets are receiving loving care.
