✔ Complete all onboarding and training

✔ Treat every client’s home with the utmost respect
✔ Stay for the full scheduled visit unless otherwise instructed
✔ Complete detailed Time To Pet report cards with photos and videos after every visit
✔ Represent the Aunt Jen Pet Sits brand with professionalism and kindness
The Jen Pet Sitters Academy
We believe confidence comes from preparation. Every new team member receives personalized onboarding with Aunt Jen before beginning client visits. You’ll also have access to our exclusive Aunt Jen Pet Sitters Academy, where you’ll continue learning the skills, standards, and best practices that make Aunt Jen Pet Sits different. We also encourage continuing education through Pet Sitters International (PSI) to help our team stay current with industry best practices.
