Visit our website and complete the New Client Intake Form so we can learn more about you, your pets, and their unique needs.

Once we receive your form, Aunt Jen will personally call you to learn more about your pets, discuss their routines, and answer any questions. This helps us ensure we’re the right fit for your family and allows us to begin creating a personalized care experience for your pets.

Next, we’ll schedule a Meet & Greet with your sitter. This visit gives us an opportunity to meet your pets, review care instructions, discuss home access, and make sure everyone feels comfortable before services begin.

Once your Meet & Greet is complete, you’re ready to book services through our client portal in Time To Pet.
