  • So glad you asked. 😉 We made getting started quick and easy, just simply go to the BOOK NOW tab, and fill out our intake form. Aunt Jen will contact you within 48 hours.

  • Yes. Aunt Jen’s Pet Sitting is bonded and insured through Pet Care Insurance # JN1221-PC139419

  • Yes, all of our new clients must schedule a complimentary meet and greet prior to their first visit. This meet and greet is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have and allows us to gather helpful information about your home and pets.  

    For Boarding clients only:  A meet & greet AND one night trial is required to ensure the health and safety of your pup. 

  • We use your reservation to plan availability to our clients.  When you book our services, we reserve exclusive time for you and your pets, and have likely turned away other clients during your scheduled time.  Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies to the entire balance of the reservation. No refunds are given for cancelled visits due to leaving home late or returning home early. 

    Mid-Day Dog Walks: We plan our routes carefully to fit all our clients within a window of 11am - 2pm.  Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before scheduled walk will incur no charge.  Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full rate. 

    Boarding/ Drop in Vacation Visits/Moving in Service: 

    Non-holiday bookings:  More than 14 days notice:  Full refund. 7-14 days notice: 50% refund.  Less than 7 days notice: No refund.

    Holidays Bookings: Holiday bookings are eligible for a full refund at least 30 days in advance of scheduled booking date. Non- refundable if notice is within 30 days.   

  • To secure your reservation & reserve your dates payment in full is due prior to services beginning.   We accept cash, check or zelle.  Zelle is 561-929-1853.

  • Yes.  Aunt Jen is Pet CPR & First-Aid Certified 

  • We do! Receive a $20 credit when the person you refer completes a service with us.

  • YES!  We work in all weather conditions. Rain or Shine. However, if a dog won’t go outside in windy, rainy weather then We make adjustments to play inside or in the yard instead.  We make sure they still get the exercise and stimulation they need.  We do not walk dogs in Hurricanes or Tropical Storms, and reserve the right to alter schedules during that time.  

  • We have experience caring for dogs, cats, birds, chickens, fish, rabbits, Guinea pigs,  hamsters, birds, bearded dragons, and snakes. So long as your pets do not pose a danger, we’d love to meet them.

  • If your pet becomes ill or injured in our care, I’ll assess your pet’s condition, contact you, and work with you (or your emergency contacts) to create an action plan. If you are unavailable, I’ll follow the instructions in your client portal regarding veterinary care protocols. I will always contact your preferred vet(s) first. If none are listed, or they are unavailable, I’ll default to veterinarians we have strong relationships with. Additionally, I'm Pet First Aid and CPR certified.

  • You'll have ongoing communication throughout the dates you've reserved, so please don't hesitate to reach out at any time! During visits to your home, We'll refer to the information on your Portal to ensure we follow your pets' care routines as per their profiles. When I arrive, I''ll start the timer, stay for the designated duration, and then clock out. Following each visit, you can expect to receive an adorable Report Card containing photos & visit details. Every visit encompasses essential tasks such as feeding, giving attention, providing potty breaks, administering medications and checking the mail, adjusting windows and lighting, watering indoor/porch plants, taking out the trash, and tidying up slightly after your pets. 

  • Before each scheduled visit, please download the "Time to Pet" app for easy communication and access to our portal. Keep your pet and home details up-to-date, including any access codes. Ensure essential supplies like food, cleaning items, and pet accessories are readily available. 

    For boarding  clients  please supply all food pre-packaged in servings for each day.  Also pack your pups food bowls, snacks, crate (if you use one), bed and any other item you feel they would want while staying with us.  Please make sure to update any specific instructions In your client portal. Your cooperation ensures a seamless and caring experience for your pets during their stay. 

  • Most clients allow us to keep keys in our safe at the conclusion of services. If you require your keys be picked up after the free meet and greet or returned at the conclusion of service there’s a $20 fee. You can also opt to use a lock box to eliminate trips to swap keys.

  • No, we do not.  They are not covered by our insurance and this becomes a liability issue.
